Kepwealth Teams up With JLL; JLL Wins Property Management Award

Real estate owner and developer Kepwealth Property Philippines, Inc. parters with global real estate firm JLL, acquiring its exclusive lease.

Timely during the partnership, Kepwealth Center, which is located in Cebu Business Park in Cebu City, is also undergoing various renovations from the parking lot to the penthouse floor. Elevators, lighting and general interior renovation is also ongoing. The renovation is ideal since the building is standing up to date since its construction in 1998.

The Philippine Stock Exchange approved Kepwealth’s P384 million initial public offering in 2019.

JLL started operating in the Philippines in 1997 and currently owns and manages 5.3 million square meters of real estate and has a workforce of 1,300 employees. JLL provides expertise on Philippine real estate market with the commitment to achieve real estate ambitions through future-ready approaches.

The firm recently won the Property Management Team of the Year award at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Awards 2020 Southeast Asia.

The award recognizes outstanding real estate construction and infrastructure works in the region and it also showcased the most inspirational initiatives developments built.

The judging panel consists of 13 senior marketing leaders who are well experienced from industry-leading firms.
