SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 485 km East of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan (18.1°N, 126.3°E ). Southwest Monsoon affecting the northern and western section of Luzon.
FORECAST: Cebu and the rest of Visayas, Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds from Southwest will prevail over Palawan & Occidental Mindoro moderate to rough seas. Light to Moderate winds from the South to Southwest will prevail over Visayas, with slight to moderate seas.
