SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 100 km East of Daet, Camarines Norte (14.1 N, 123.9 E ). Southwest Monsoon affecting the western section of Luzon.
FORECAST: Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms due to Trough of LPA. Cebu and the rest of Visayas, Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
Light to Moderate winds from the South to Southwest will prevail over Visayas, Palawan & Occidental Mindoro with moderate to rough seas.
