SYNOPSIS: Southwest Monsoon is affecting Luzon and Western Visayas.
FORECAST: Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro will experience moonson rains due to Southwest monsoon; while, cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms will be experienced over Western Visayas due Southwest monsoon . Central and Eastern Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
Strong to gale force winds coming the Southwest will prevail over Occidental Mindoro and Western portion of Palawan and its coastal areas will be rough to very rough. While, moderate to strong winds from the South to Southwest will prevail over Visayas and the rest of Palawan with moderate to rough seas.
