SYNOPSIS: As of 3:00 am today, the center of Tropical Depression DOMENG was estimated, based on all available data, at 470 km East of Casiguran, Aurora (16.5N, 126.5E) with maximum sustained winds of 60 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 75 km/h. It is forecast to move North at 15 km/h. Monsoon Trough is affecting Luzon and Visayas.
FORECAST: Western Visayas, Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rains due to Southwest monsoon; while, scattered light to moderate rains and thunderstorms over the rest of Visayas due Monsoon Trough.
Strong to gale force winds coming the Southwest will prevail over the Eastern section of Visayas with rough to very rough seas. While, moderate to strong winds from the Southwest will prevail over Palawan, Occidental Mindoro , and the rest of Visayas with moderate to rough seas.
