FORECAST: Occidental Mindoro and Northern Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to Southwest moonson. Visayas and the rest of Palawan will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Palawan, Occidental Mindoro will have moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the Southwest to West with moderate to occasionally rough seas. Visayas will have light to moderate winds from the Southwest to West with slight to moderate seas.
