SYNOPSIS: Southwest Monsoon affecting western section of Luzon and Visayas.
FORECAST:
Western Visayas, Occidental Mindoro and Northern Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorm due to Southwest Monsoon. Eastern Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms due to trough of STS while the rest of Visayas and of Palawan will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
Moderate winds blowing from the Southwest to South will prevail over Eastern Visayas, Palawan & Occidental Mindoro with moderate seas while light to moderate winds from the Southwest to West will prevail over rest of Visayas with light to moderate seas.
