SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression “INDAY” was estimated based on all available data at 840 km East of Basco, Batanes (19.4 N, 129.9 E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. Moving almost stationary. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon.
FORECAST: Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with occasional rains due to Habagat. Visayas will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
Palawan & Occidental Mindoro will have moderate to strong winds blowing from the Southwest with moderate to rough seas. Visayas will have moderate winds from the South to Southwest with moderate seas.
