SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression Henry was estimated based on all available data at 530 km East of Calayan, Cagayan (18.9°N, 126.5°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 65 km/h. It is moving West Southwest at 25 km/h. Southwest monsoon affecting the Western section of the country.
FORECAST: Palawan, Occidental Mindoro and Western Visayas will have cloudy skies with monsoon rains due to Southwest Monsoon. Eastern & Central Visayas will be partly cloudy to cloudy with rainshowers & thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds from the Southwest to Southeast will prevail over Palawan and Occidental Mindoro with moderate to rough seas. Visayas will have light to moderate winds from the Southwest to West with slight to moderate seas.
