SYNOPSIS: Southwest Monsoon affecting the country.
FORECAST: Palawan, Occidental Mindoro and Western Visayas will have cloudy skies with monsoon rains due to Southwest Monsoon. The rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
Strong to gale force winds blowing from Southwest will prevail over Palawan and Occidental Mindoro with rough to very rough seas. Moderate to strong winds from the Southwest will prevail over Western Visayas with moderate to rough seas. Light to moderate winds from the Southwest to West will prevail over the rest of Visayas with slight to moderate seas.
