Johndorf Tower Launch Marks New Era for Cebu’s Economy


JOHNDORF Ventures Corporation (JVC) celebrated a significant milestone with the grand opening of Johndorf Tower, a 21-story commercial building located strategically in Cebu Business Park, right across from The Terraces of Ayala Center Cebu.
This new development is set to enhance Cebu City’s business landscape and drive economic growth, providing prime office space for both multinational and domestic companies looking to expand.
Designed with a focus on health, energy efficiency, and environmental sustainability, Johndorf Tower meets the office space needs of business process management (BPM) firms and major corporations nationwide.
JVC has established its corporate headquarters on the 19th, 20th, and 21st floors, while several prestigious companies have already chosen Johndorf Tower as their new home, including:
- AXA Philippines, one of the fastest-growing insurance companies in the country.
- Booth & Partners, offering well-designed private offices, open workspaces, and conference rooms for start-ups and transient businesses.
- ASA Professionals Cebu Corp., a Singapore-based outsourcing company providing comprehensive business support services in accounting, tax, corporate secretarial, and advisory.
- Ascendion, Inc., a global IT service management company that develops and manages software platforms to drive growth, reduce risk, enhance work efficiency, and deliver engaging experiences to consumers and employees.
The inauguration and blessing ceremony, held on February 25, 2025, was led by JVC President and Chief Executive Officer Richard Lim, at the building’s site adjacent to Ayala Life-FGU Center, between Mindanao Avenue and Biliran Loop.

Grade A Development
Johndorf Tower, prominently rising on Cebu Business Park’s skyline, offers a dynamic, mixed-use community capable of accommodating up to 3,000 employees when fully occupied. Its prime location provides tenants with easy access to commercial establishments, restaurants, and transportation hubs.
As a Grade A development, Johndorf Tower also serves as JVC’s new corporate headquarters. It is LEED Gold-certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), a globally recognized standard of sustainability and energy efficiency. The LEED framework ensures that tenants enjoy a safe, secure, and eco-friendly environment designed to maximize energy performance and operational efficiency.
Johndorf Tower features a gross leasable area of 16,019.01 square meters, including 11 levels of office spaces from the 8th to 18th floors. Each level boasts a 3-meter floor-to-ceiling height, complete with a ceiling and air-conditioning system.
The building includes five levels of podium parking from the 2nd to 7th floors, two penthouse floors, separate garden and service decks, and a ground floor dedicated to dining and entertainment.
It is equipped with five passenger programmable high-speed elevators, one service elevator, 100-percent back-up power, and state-of-the-art safety and security features.
The architectural design was entrusted to Jose Siao Ling & Associates, with Monocrete Construction Philippines Inc. as the general contractor. Leechiu Property Consultants spearheaded the leasing efforts.
JVC, celebrating 40 years of excellence, has evolved from developing affordable housing to creating mixed-use communities.
