JOHNDORF Ventures Corporation (JVC) celebrated a significant milestone with the grand opening of Johndorf Tower, a 21-story commercial building located strategically in Cebu Business Park, right across from The Terraces of Ayala Center Cebu.

This new development is set to enhance Cebu City’s business landscape and drive economic growth, providing prime office space for both multinational and domestic companies looking to expand.

Designed with a focus on health, energy efficiency, and environmental sustainability, Johndorf Tower meets the office space needs of business process management (BPM) firms and major corporations nationwide.

JVC has established its corporate headquarters on the 19th, 20th, and 21st floors, while several prestigious companies have already chosen Johndorf Tower as their new home, including:

  • AXA Philippines, one of the fastest-growing insurance companies in the country.
  • Booth & Partners, offering well-designed private offices, open workspaces, and conference rooms for start-ups and transient businesses.
  • ASA Professionals Cebu Corp., a Singapore-based outsourcing company providing comprehensive business support services in accounting, tax, corporate secretarial, and advisory.
  • Ascendion, Inc., a global IT service management company that develops and manages software platforms to drive growth, reduce risk, enhance work efficiency, and deliver engaging experiences to consumers and employees.

The inauguration and blessing ceremony, held on February 25, 2025, was led by JVC President and Chief Executive Officer Richard Lim, at the building’s site adjacent to Ayala Life-FGU Center, between Mindanao Avenue and Biliran Loop.

“Johndorf Tower stands as a symbol of our growth and enduring legacy, reinforcing our commitment to contributing to Cebu’s vibrant economy,” said Frances Abegail “Abby” Lim, JVC Assistant Vice President for Business Development.
