SYNOPSIS:
Tail-End of a Cold Front is affecting Southern Luzon and Visayas. Northeast Monsoon is affecting the rest of Luzon.
FORECAST:
Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the Tail-End of a Cold Front. Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon.
Strong winds from the Northeast will prevail over the eastern section of Visayas and its coastal water will be rough. Moderate to strong winds from the Northeast will prevail over Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro with moderate to rough seas. Light to moderate winds from the Northeast to Northwest will prevail over the rest of Visayas with slight to moderate seas.
