Items Possibly From Missing Flight MH730 Found
Debris hunter Blaine Gibson found items washed off Madagascar beach in the Indian Ocean that could possibly be items that belong to the passengers aboard missing flight MH730.
Debris that could possibly belong to the aircraft were also found near the place the personal items were found.
The Malaysian Airlines flight went missing in March 2014 with 239 people aboard. Investigations has been made but the location of the plane and passengers is still unknown.
Round 15-20 possible personal items were found by Gibson between June 7 and June 16.
Gibson says there is no indication to whom the items belong to but photos of the items were sent to MH370 families support group to see if any of them recognize the items.
Malaysian authorities are expected to conduct further analysis of the items.
Also, two new pieces of potential debris were found that could “almost certainly” come from the aircraft.
