Iloilo City (PNA) -– The Iloilo Provincial Health Office (IPHO) is warning the public against the spread of sore eyes.
In an interview Tuesday morning, Dr. Patricia Grace Trabado, provincial health officer, said that transmission of the viral sore eyes can be prevented through simple hand washing.
”Sore eyes is common when it is hot,” the health officer said.
She added that they are now sending the warning to the public so that they could prevent themselves from being infected.
“I do not have the figure as to how many cases since it is non-reportable disease,” Trabado said.
