Husband Shoots Wife Dead in Inayawan
An ex-Philippine Coast Guard member shot his wife dead and shot himself afterwards in Brgy. Inayawan, Cebu City last September 29, 2018.
At around 11 in the evening, Aldrin Cabo, the husband shot his wife Gina Cabo and afterwards shot himself inside the house of Gina’s parents in Brgy. Inayawan.
Based on the investigation by authorities, Aldrin Cabo went to see Gina at her parents’ home, and the couple got into a heated argument before the incident happened. Gunshots were heard inside the room where the dead bodies of the husband and wife was later found.
The couple was separated for a year before the incident happened.
It was also found out in the investigation that jealousy may be the motive behind the shooting. (Aljun S. Cainghog)
