Horizons 101 Tops Off Cebu’s Tallest Building

The Taft Property celebrates another construction milestone as it held a topping off ceremony for the first tower of the Horizons 101, the tallest condominium building not just in Cebu but also in the entire Visayas.

The ceremony marks the placement of the final beam of the condominium project, an indication of the building of what is now called as the tallest condo in Cebu is closer to being completed.

A two-tower master-planned condominium, Horizons 101’s first tower has already about 99% units sold and are expected to be turned over in September 2015, while 75% units of tower 2 are sold and are to be turned over in the 3rd quarter of 2017.

The Tower 1 and 2 stand 55 and 46 story high respectively with a combined total of 1,573 condominium units.

The condo has allocated 750 parking slots up to 8th floor of the building, while residential spaces start at the 9th floor.
