Most parts of Luzon will get rainshowers on Wednesday due to the presence of southwest monsoon or hanging habagat, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

For Wednesday, the southwest monsoon will bring cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms over the Regions of Ilocos, Cordillera and the provinces of Zambales, Bataan and Palawan while partly cloudy to cloudy skies with rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

Light to moderate winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and coming from the south to southwest over Mindanao. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
