RAFI, Austrian Group, leads groundbreaking ceremony on June 2, 2014 for the upcoming relocation site intended of ‘Yolanda’ survivors in San Remigio town, Cebu.
San Remigio Mayor Mariano Martinez prepares his gears for the groundbreaking ceremony of the Yolanda survivors’ relocation site funded by Austrian organization Hilsfwerk Austria International, in partnership with the local government unit and the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc.(RAFI), last June 2.
