Grand Land’s 3rd Tower Rises in NRA

Grand Land Inc, the real estate branch of the Gaisano Grand Group of Companies, will open its 3rd tower for Grand Residences in North Reclamation Area (NRA) across SM City Cebu. It is a 30-storey building which will house 752 units of retail shops, office spaces and hotel rooms. It will be managed by Dusit International, thus making this the first Dusit hotel in Cebu.

“We try to develop different kinds of products, to have more diversity,” Owner Ryan Bernard Go said of his companies wide variety of real estate projects. Grand Land has constructed horizontal housing, midrise condominiums, and high rise residences.

In light of this, Grand Land Inc is currently building Amani Grand in Mactan. It will be a 7-storey midrise building and will be the first out of 7 towers they plan to build within the area. Along with the 3 City Homes project they have built in Mactan, Mandaue and Minglanilla, Grand Residences in Banilad, and the Amani Grand in Mactan, Grand Residences in NRA will be their sixth project.

In the near future, the company plans to expand in Davao once the Gaisano mall will be constructed. The area is a 7 hectare property which is owned by the mother company and it will be equally divided into the residential area and mall. This future project will be a 9-tower building.
