Good Weather on Tuesday Due to Easterlies – PAGASA
(PNA) — The public will continue to experience warm and humid weather as the easterlies or warm air from the east continues to be the dominant weather system to affect the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Tuesday.
In an interview, PAGASA weather observer Benjie Depas said that former tropical cyclone “Chedeng” has already exited the country on Monday afternoon.
While the whole country will continue to experience sunny to partly cloudy skies, Depas advised the public to bring umbrella because of possible afternoon or evening rains due to localized thunderstorms or convections.
Depas said the other tropical cyclone outside the country has weakened into a low pressure area and has slim chance to enter the country.
In the next three days, he said the country will continue to be spared from cyclones.
For Tuesday forecast, the whole archipelago will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Light to moderate winds coming from the east will prevail over Luzon And Visayas and coming from the northeast to east over Mindanao. The coastal waters along these areas will be slight to moderate.
The temperature in Metro Manila for Tuesday will range between 25-34 degrees Celsius. (PNA) LAM/CLTC
