The name Wigo resounds “we go” which has a high recall to the “young-ish” crowd and small families, who are most likely to indulge in fun-geared activities.

Toyota Wigo is available in six distinct colors: white, silver metallic, grey metallic, black, light blue and dark blue. Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation President Michinobun Sugata said that the addition of Wigo into their roster of products is a testament of their commitment to their customers. “We’re asked why launch a new car and a new segment when Toyota is already successful. We see that more Filipinos now wish to have his or her own car due to their active lifestyle. It became a necessity. Toyota believes that the right time is now,” Sugata said.
Members of the national and Cebu media, majority of the automobile, motoring and business beats, graced the exclusive media launch at the hotel’s grand ballroom.
