Foundever™ Opens Its First Hub in Cebu

Foundever™, the rebrand of Sitel and Sykes Enterprises, Inc., has launched its third office in Cebu and the first Foundever™ Hub in the world after the global rebrand at the Robinsons Cybergate Galleria Cebu in Cebu City.

Foundever™ Senior Marketing Director for APAC, Cecile May-Moreno Venancio, said that the name Foundever is deeply rooted in the company’s drive to innovate and adapt to the changing needs of the market and its clients.

“’Found’ represents our constant curiosity to innovate and create grounded solutions, and ‘ever’ signals our agility and drive to continuously adapt to the changing needs of the market and our clients,” Venancio said.

Ravi Iyengar, Foundever™ Chief Operating Officer for APAC, said that they chose to launch the first Foundever™ Hub globally in Cebu City because the relationship between the company and Cebu has remained strong over the years and has been pivotal for their growth in the industry.

“Cebu is extremely important to us, which is why this is the first site globally after our brand change which happened on March 1, 2023,” Iyengar said.

Foundever™ General Manager for Cebu and Manila, John Sneed, also expressed his admiration for the exceptional talents in the region and is one of the reasons why Cebu City was chosen as the first location in the world for the Foundever™ Hub.

“With our new Foundever™ hub, we’re looking forward to further tapping into the exceptional talents in the region so we can deliver even higher levels of productivity and customer experience for the clients that we work with across the globe,” Sneed said.

With the latest opening of the Foundever™ Hub here in Cebu City, Mae Blanco, Director of Talent Acquisition of Foundever™, said that the company plans to hire 2,400 talents as part of their expansion in the country.

The new Foundever™ Hub offers a highly collaborative and people-centered office setup. The office is designed to make collaboration and communication easy for their talents.

“These Foundever™ Hubs are designed as a way for us to enhance customer experience and employee experience. This is a smaller center, it is smaller because it is designed for collaboration and interaction and in support of hybrid work,” Sneed said.

Foundever™ Hub also offers a hybrid work setup in which talents can work in the office or work from home. (ASC)
