Fair Weather Seen Wednesday
Except for isolated thunderstorms in eastern section of Luzon, fair weather is expected in most parts of the country on Wednesday, the state weather bureau said.
In its advisory, PAGASA said easterlies or warm winds from the east is now affecting the eastern section of Luzon.
For Wednesday forecast, PAGASA said cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms will prevail over Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon while partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
It added moderate to strong winds blowing from the east to southeast will prevail over Northern Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the east to northeast with slight to moderate seas.
Due to weakening of northeast monsoon, the state weather bureau lifted the gale warning as fisherfolk are now safe to venture into the seas. (PNA) JBP/CLTC
