With the theme of “Farm to Table”, Chefs: Sau Del Rosario will be featured alongside the Legendary Chef Editha Singian, who will be combining their culinary powers for what promises to be the biggest Food Festival yet.

Flamboyant and passionate, World-class Chef Sau Del Rosario, combines the skills from his training in Paris with the knowledge passed down from his family with strong culinary roots in Pampanga and Kampampangan cuisine. He has worked in some of the finest hotels and restaurants in the world, such as Westin, Shangri-la, New World, Peninsula, and Raffles Hotel in Singapore. Upon his return to the Philippines, he quickly established his culinary reputation with the opening of M Café at the Ayala Museum and introduced Asian-inspired cuisine with an artistic twist. From the wide range of cuisines that he has cooked for and with great chefs of the world, Sau’s own style has evolved. It is a flamboyant style, flavored with passion and spiced up with global tastes.

Farm To Table will offer both rustic Filipino and international favorites such as Salt Crusted Fish with Beurre Blanc and Mediterranean-Style Leg of Lamb; Burritos, Vietnamese Roll, and Chinese Lumpia prepared on-the-spot, :Laksa with Seafood, Hainanese Chicken, Porchetta with Chimichurri, Korean Beef Stew, Asojos Tempura, Chap Chae, Bringhe, and delectable desserts.
