Ex-Sports Official Urges Formation of 2019 SEA Games Committee
A former government sports official called for the early formation of a Committee for the country’s hosting of 2019 SEAG.

The move shall give Pinoy athletes’ needed training and exposure and a fighting chance against well-financed and well-trained athletes from ASEAN neighbors.
It will also sustain the respect and good image of the country which then hosted and became overall champion in 2005 Southeast Asian Games (SEAG). The Philippines ranked seventh in the 2015 edition of the games held in Singapore.
