Elizabeth Hurley Sells Farm for 9 Million Pound
London (PNA/PTI) — Model-actress Elizabeth Hurley has sold her Cotswolds farm for 9 million pound, securing a profit of 5.7 pound million over 13 years.
The “Royals” actress bought the farm in the Cotswolds in central England in 2002 while she was dating her former partner Indian businessman Arun Nayar, reported Daily Telegraph.
The property was originally put on the market last year for 6 million pound, although when the 50-year-old star failed to secure a buyer she threw in 300 extra acres.
Property analyst Henry Pryor said, “Ms. Hurley has clearly been well advised. Farmland has outperformed even Mayfair house prices in the past decade.”
However, Hurley — who has 13-year-old son Damian — still owns another country home, Doddington Hall, near Ledbury in Herefordshire. (PNA/PTI) JBP/SSC
