Eating Vegetables Can Make You Happier

Recent study says eating eight portions of fruits and vegetables everyday can make you happier.

Authors of the study from University of Warwick observed over 12, 000 people for six years.They found that when eating fruits and vegetables, their mood improve and were “equivalent to moving unemployment to employment.”

They add that there is “a psychological payoff now from fruits and vegetables-not just a lower health risk decades later.”
