Easterlies To Bring Fair Weather Friday
The easterlies — warm winds from the east — continues to be the dominant weather system that will bring fair weather with isolated thunderstorms in the eastern section of the country on Friday, according to Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA)
PAGASA said easterlies now prevail over the eastern section of the country.
For Friday forecast, partly cloudy to cloudy skies will be experienced over Metro Manila and the rest of the country with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly over the eastern section.
It added light to moderate winds blowing from the east to southeast will prevail over Northern Luzon and coming from the northeast to east over the rest of the country. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
The state-run weather bureau has not issued gale warning as fisherfolk are safe to venture into the seas. (PNA)JBP/CLTC
