Dymphna Megiddo Album Launch

After 9 long years, Cebu’s all in one experimental, rock hip hop and punk band Dymphna will finally launch their first album entitled  Megiddo on January 31, 2015 Saturday 7:00pm at KOA TREE House.

Dymphna was formed on their junior year at high school during 2006, the band basically started out covering songs from various artists. After few weeks of being together, the group then started making their originals, which they performed on their gigs.

Formerly, Dymphna was a crew of six members, having two vocals on their line-up. But unfortunately, last 2007, their second vocalist left them for some personal reasons.

Influenced by elements from punk, hardcore, metal, alternative and almost everything under the branch of music, Dymphna tries to separate themselves apart from other local acts that play a distinctive kind of music. Pretty much experimental and mixed-up, Dymphna’s style and sound is hard to delineate.

Band members include Carlo Mesinaon vocals, Simeon Noval on guitar, Michael Javier on bass guitar and Miguel Matutino on drums.

The event will be supported by other bands like Powerspoonz, Bethany, Drop Out Club, One Man Down, Mind Fool and Hatemail.

KOA Tree House is located at Gorordo Avenue, 6000 Cebu City. Entrance is free.
