Duros Land Bolster Japan Partnership Launches Woodlands Resort Communities
Duros Land Properties Inc. (DLPI), a member of Duros Group, launched The Woodlands Resort Communities in Yati, Liloan with the presence of its Japanese business partners. The event was also attended by Liloan LGU representatives, Japan and Cebu media, as well as real estate brokers, sellers, and Duros Group executives and stakeholders.
The Woodlands Resort Communities, also known as The Woodlands, is a ten (10) hectare phased-development with five residential towers and several villas. Its world class amenities include a golf course, the Liloan Golf and Leisure Estate located at Barangay San Roque, Liloan. Every villa and condominium unit in The Woodlands Resort and One Tectona Tower is bundled with a golf playing right at the exclusive Liloan Golf and Lesiure Estate. The 18-hole golf course is set for completion
by the 4th quarter of 2018.
Duros Land will pour in about P5B into The Woodlands and the Liloan Golf and Leisure Estate.
“The Woodlands and the Liloan Golf will be added attractions for Cebu, as one of the best retirement destinations in the world,” project director Lydwena Eco shares.
Duros Group Chairman, Mr. Rafaelito Barino introduced Japanese partner, Mr. Kazunari Nakamura of NKFG Consultancy Inc., and together they launched The Woodlands Resort Communities and did the groundbreaking of the first tower, One
Tectona.
Mr. Nakamura invested in the entire One Tectona building and several villas as he envisions them to be a refreshing and vibrant home for Japanese retirees, and a time-share property for business and leisure travelers who want a quick getaway. According to him, the Liloan Golf is a huge advantage.
The Woodlands Resort Communities is accredited with the Philippine Retirement Authority. Phase one of The Woodlands is expected for completion by the end of 2018.
