DSWD Distributes Cash Assistance to SLPA Members in Sawang Calero
Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) distributed P10,000 worth of cash assistance to 12 vendor’s associations with 274 members in Barangay Sawang Calero, Cebu CIty.
The vendor associations are part of the Sustainable Livelihood Program Assistance (SLPA) of DSWD.
The SLPA, which help people with financial needs, gives the beneficiaries livelihood trainings and seminars such as hair cutting and pharmacy related works.
Each beneficiary received P10,000 cash assistance from the representatives of DWSD.

- Sawang Blk-7 B Buwad Vendors SLPA
- Sawang Blk-4 Entrepreneurs SLPA
- Blk 5 Sawang Sari-Sari Store Proprietor SLPA
- Sawang Blk-1 A Food Vendors SLPA
- Sawang Blk-7 Hipon Producer SLPA
DSWD also distributed the cash assistance last July 11 and August 10, 2018 amounting to P2, 740, 000. (Cebu City PIO)
