SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 900 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (7.9 N, 134.5 E) & Tail End of a Cold Front affecting Eastern section of Southern Luzon.
FORECAST: Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to LPA or Tail End of Cold Front.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over the eastern section of Visayas with moderate to rough seas. Light to moderate winds blowing from the Northeast to North will prevail over Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and the rest of Visayas and its coastal waters will be light to moderate.
