SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 955 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (7.0 N, 134.9 E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon.
FORECAST: Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the Trough of LPA. Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast monsoon.
Strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over the eastern section of Visayas with rough seas. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and the rest of Visayas and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
