SYNOPSIS: Trough of a Low Pressure Area (LPA) affecting Mindanao. Northeast monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.
FORECAST: Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with light rains while the rest of Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by Northeast monsoon.
Strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over the eastern section of Visayas with rough seas. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and the rest of Visayas and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
