Davide Nets P14M in his SALN
In his first statement of assets, liabilities and net worth (SALN) as governor, Hilario Davide III has posted a total net worth of P14 million.
In his three-page SALN, Davide declared his assets to be worth P19.4 million, while his liabilities at P4.4 million.
Real Properties
Under his real properties assets, the first-term governor has three lots- two in Mandaue City and one in Cebu City-with a total acquisition cost of P1.3 million.
The governor also listed a condominium property in Taguig City, purchased by installment in 2008, with an acquisition cost of P3.3 million. His house in Mandaue City, which is listed as his asset, has an acquisition cost of P3.2 million when it was purchased in 2012.
Personal Property
Under his personal properties (also listed as part of his assets), Davide declared two vehicles: a Toyota Corolla Altis, acquired in 2010, which is worth P869,000; and a Hyundai Tucson, acquired in 2011, which was valued at P1.3 million at the time of the acquisition.
He also declared his books worth P200,000; jewelry worth P150,000 and appliances and furniture of P400,000.
Cash in Bank
Davide also declared P4.5 million as his cash in bank which he acquired in “various years.” He also listed another set of cash in bank which he described as “spouse’s business account” with a total amount of P3.9 million.
His total assets are worth P19.4 million.
Liabilities
In his liabilities, Davide declared a housing loan of P3.8 milllion, and a car loan of P177,309. He also listed a liability of his credit cards which amounted to P450,000.
