Darren Espanto Makes Acting Debut in “The Hows of Us”
After 4 years in the entertainment industry, Darren Espanto debuts in his first acting role in the movie “The Hows of Us” with Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo.
Darren portrays Yohan, the younger brother of Georgina played by Kathryn Bernardo. Yohan has diabetes and is about to go blind because of Diabetic retinopathy.
He expressed his desire to try acting and was very happy to have debut in a movie with his celebrity crush Kathryn Bernardo.
Darren rose to fame on “The Voice Kids” after he won as a runner-up in Season 1, conquering the stages with his singing and dancing talent here in the Philippines and abroad.
In his debut as an actor, his fan club, known DARRENatics, held a block screening at the Robinsons Galleria Movieworld Cebu on August 31, 2018.
There were games and raffles for the fans after which a presscon with Darren was held after the event then proceed to the screening of the movie. (Aljun S. Cainghog)
