Crimson Resort to Host 2nd Oktoberfest Celebration

Come October 10, the Bavarian Sound Express Band from Munich will be back in Cebu to do yet another record breaking beer party to celebrate Oktoberfest. Organized by Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan, Cebu’s own Oktoberfest is set at the resort’s beachfront, making the event a unique experience.

“This is the 2nd time we’re hosting Oktoberfest and we are optimistic that we will get as much if not more crowd as the first year we hosted the event” says Kristofer Quadros, Crimson’s Resort Manager. “In 2013 we had more than 400 people at the beachfront singing, dancing and of course enjoying the German fare and unlimited beer. What makes this year’s party better is that we will be serving draft beer; something that our local and international clientele will definitely appreciate.”

So what can people expect from Cebu’s own Oktoberfest? A lot of food, unlimited beer and heaps of fun. There will be lots of traditional Oktoberfest games, singing and dancing to the “flight song”. Raffle prizes are also up for grabs. The best dressed male and female guests will also be rewarded – so get those dirndls out of the boxes now and get it ready for a true Bavarian celebration.
