CPHI Leads Bamboo Bay Tower 2 Ground Breaking Ceremony
Contempo Property Holdings Incorporated (CPHI) lead the groundbreaking ceremony of the Tower 2 of Bamboo Bay Community Residences at Hernan Cortes St., Mandaue City.
Among the guests present during the event were Mayor Jonas Cortes of Mandaue City, Ms. Beverly Dayanan- President & CEO, and Archt. Tessie Javier- Interior Designer.
The MOA for a P200M funding facility to fast tract the development of Tower 2 was organized last June with the Development Bank of the Philippines. Prior to Tower 2, the topping out of Tower 1 was held last April for its structural completion with 20% completion earlier than scheduled, and is set to be released by 2015.
Mayor Jonas Cortes said Bamboo Bay Community is going to be a home for many families and these families will soon call themselves as Mandaueanons.

“Like a bamboo, as we come together and make Mandaue one community, we become more resilient…and we progress, we become each other source of strength and serenity, an as we converge, we become Mandaue” said Mayor Jonas Cortes.
Beverly Dayanan, in her speech, said they launched their Bamboo Bay Tower 2 last January proud that they have reached a little over 50 percent of its sale.
She added that they market the Bamboo Bay Community to almost 25 countries and had several foreign clients. The Bamboo Bay Community is a five-year plan community with its TOWER 3 scheduled to be turned over by 2017, with complete amenities like pools, playgrounds, jogging trail, badminton court, , gym, prayer room, laundry and water station, coffee shops, stores, barbecue station, gazebo, and a multipurpose hall and many others including an intercom phone lines for an on call services.

More so, CHPI is ready to complement the development of the Bamboo Bay Community with a mass housing horizontal component of 400 units on a 3-hectare lot in Lapu-Lapu by the end of the year.
