CLI Continues to Build New Condos
Despite delays caused by the pandemic, the condominium industry is still lively for Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI).
CLI said that the continued rise in demand for housing from young professionals and entrepreneurs is key to the sustained growth of the condo market in Cebu, per PNA.
CLI also announced in a press briefing that they invested P3-billion to build a condominium in Mandaue City. The new project named Mandra Residences is a three-tower condominium inside a 12,405-square-meter property.
CLI partnered with Cebu Homegrown Developers Inc. (CDHI) for the construction of Mandra Residences — one of a series of projects of CLI and CDHI.
Jose Soberano, CLI President and Chief Executive Officer, said that their partnership with CDHI will help cater to the housing needs of young Cebuanos.
“We want to strengthen our leadership in our home base and this joint venture enables us to have access to high-value locations that allow us to offer a new generation of Cebuano entrepreneurs and professionals seeking upgraded living spaces,” said CLI President and Chief Executive Officer Jose Soberano.
CLI also mentioned that the planning for Mandra Residences design will focus on healthy living and balanced well-being with its array of amenities and lush open spaces.
The first tower of Mandra Residences is projected to be completed in 2025. (ASC)
