Cinemas Reopen, Children Now Allowed Outside in Cebu City
In Cebu City, cinemas reopen while children are now allowed to go outside if they are accompanied by fully vaccinated guardians.
Children can now enjoy going to indoor restaurants as long as they are accompanied by fully vaccinated guardians or parents.
Cebu City Acting Mayor Michael Rama announced the new guidelines now that Cebu City is under Alert Level 2 quarantine status.
Directive 10-25-01 eased the restrictions for the city. The directive allowed the reopening of establishments, especially cinemas, which have been closed for over a year.
However, cinema operators and malls will have to secure an EOC’s Certificate of Approval to operate again.
Other establishments such as karaoke bars, peryahan, kiddie playgrounds, and gyms will reopen in Cebu City.
Meanwhile, the curfew in the city is also adjusted to 11:30 p.m. to 4 a.m. (ASC)
