Officially unveiled on March 26, 2025, at Chong Hua Hospital Mandaue, the app integrates services across Chong Hua Hospital Cebu, Chong Hua Hospital Mandaue, and the Chong Hua Medical Mall, offering patients seamless access to top-tier medical care.

Addressing long-standing challenges in accessing timely and quality healthcare, particularly for patients in remote areas, the CHi App seeks to alleviate the burden of distance and limited facilities. Research reveals that 40% of patients face such delays, a problem exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, which catalyzed a surge of over 300% in telehealth consultations. Recognizing this need, Chong Hua Hospital developed the CHi App as part of a comprehensive, four-stage project slated for completion within three to five years.

Available for free download via Google Play Store and Apple App Store, the CHi App also emphasizes security and privacy, with Chong Hua Hospital partnering with a third-party company to safeguard patient data.
