Cetba 7th Edition Set on Nov. 24-28

The 7th edition of the Cebu Tenpin Association (Cetba) National Open is set on Nov. 24-28, 2015 at the SM City Cebu Bowling Center.

The tournament is also considered the last qualifying leg for the National Bowling Tour (NBT), which will be held in the same venue on Nov. 30 and will be hosted by Cetba.

Cetba spokesperson Jake Harrison Yap said they will be expecting a lot of participants this year from all parts of the country, especially those wanting to earn more points to qualify for the NBT national finals.

“Because the NBT National Finals will be on the 30th, bowlers who need more points to qualify will be joining our national open for them to earn the points they need,” said Yap.

Yap said last year’s masters event champion Gj Buyco confirmed his participation and hopes to collect enough points to get a crack at the NBT finals as well. (PNA) FPV/EB/MP/MSS
