Ceres Liner Launches New Bus Plying Cebu City to Lapu-Lapu City
Citizens residing in the southern part of Cebu will now have a convenient transportation going to Mandaue City and Lapu-Lapu City.
Ceres Liner, under the Vallacar Transit Inc. launched 10 new air-conditioned buses with its own comfort room inside.
The 47-seater bus will park inside the Cebu South Bus Terminal (CSBT) to gather passengers going to the northern part of Cebu.
“Naka dugang sad ni sya sa turismo ug dako gyud nga tabang sad, sa mga pasahero sad nga musakay ani labi na katong paingon sa Lapu-Lapu mas dali na ilang biyahe (This will make the passengers and tourists going to Lapu-Lapu City travel easier),” Tumulak said.
Buses will traverse through Fuente Osmeña, Cebu Business Park (Ayala Center Cebu), IT Park, SM City Cebu, North Bus Terminal, Pacific Mall in Mandaue City and the final stop will be at the Marina Mall in Barangay Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City.
Trips will be from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily and leaves every 45 minutes.
Minimum fare will be P20 and the maximum fare is P45.
Tumulak also pointed out that this will be of big help for those people working in call center companies since it will pass through IT Park in Cebu City where major call center companies are located.
“Dako sad nig tabang sa mga call center agents, labi na karon nga ni boom na gyud ang trabaho sa call center (This will also help the call center agents to get through their workplace easier especially today where the employment in call center companies is at its peak),” Tumulak said.
Meanwhile, Sugbo Tours, also under Vallacar Transit Inc. currently have six active buses traveling from CSBT to MEPZ 1 in Lapu-Lapu City. (MLC)
