CEREMONIAL LIGHTING

Ivan Miguel Santos of University of San Carlos (USC) does the ceremonial lighting of the City Olympics urn during the opening of 24th Cebu City Olympics last week at the Cebu City Sports Center (CCSC).

Playground demonstrations highlighted the ceremony, which was participated by six public high schools in Cebu City.
