Five groups of high school and college student-researchers in Cebu will represent the Visayas in the National Invention Contest.
These students were winners in the 2013 Regional Invention Contest and Exhibits (RICE) sponsored by the Department of Science and Technology 7, Technology Application and Promotion and Institute, and the Visayas Inventors Association last Sept. 21. The winners bested 30 groups from the different parts of Visayas.
