Cebu Provincial Disaster-Resilient Warehouse Inaugurated
Considered as one of the largest government-owned warehouses was inaugurated on June 14, 2019.
The said warehouse is 2,564 sqm equivalent to ten basketball courts and is located inside the old Department of Agriculture Compound on M. Velez St., Brgy. Guadalupe, Cebu City
Provincial General Services Office Head Jone Seigfred Sepe said the facility host a two-chamber warehouse with a small two-story office in the middle.

Sepe also added that the warehouse can withstand disasters like intense typhoons and earthquakes.
The warehouse will be used as storage for food items in preparation for disasters as well as a storage for Cebu Provincial Capitol supplies and equipment.
Outgoing Governor Hilario Davide III was also present in the inauguration along with Provincial Engineer Hector Jamora, and other department heads . (ASC)
