Cebu Provincial Capitol Offers Scholarship

The Cebu Provincial Capitol will be accepting senior high school graduates who wish to acquire a scholarship.

The Labor and Employment Officer in the the Cebu Provincial Capitol Julius Chua said that the scholarship is intended for those senior high graduates that gained highest honors or even with high honors.

“They must bring certification signed by the school prinicipal, nga sila high honors or highest honors,” said Chua.

Chua added that applicants must also present their school card and a certification from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).

All required documents must be presented to the Provincial Employment and Services Office (PES) for evaluation.

Qualified applicants will be given the chance to pursue their college education in Cebu Normal University (CNU) and Cebu Technological University (CTU).

Chua also explained that there is no limit on the said scholarship.

Qualified applicants with highest honors will receive P2,000 monthly allowance while applicants with high honors will receive P1,500. (MLC)
