Cebu City to Have 4 Types of Enhanced Community Quarantine Pass, Will be issued on House-to-House Basis

The Cebu City Government announced on March 27, 2020 that they will be the one to provide Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) Passes with 4 classifications to the public instead of individual Barangays disseminating their own renditions of ECQ passes.

In an announcement by the Cebu City Public Information Office, there will be 4 types of ECQ passes to be issued by the city government through the office of Mayor Edgar Labella.

The ECQ Pass will be color coded and will be as follows:

• GREEN – Cebu City Residents
• RED – Officials and Employees of Government Offices
• BLUE – Non-residents of Cebu City
• WHITE – Crisis Management Teams and Frontliners

The distribution of the said ECQ passes will be done through house to house distribution as the city government said that there will be no need for the residents to go to their Barangay Halls.

ECQ Passes will be distributed from March 28, 2020 to April 1, 2020. (GFB)
