Cebu City Ready to Distribute Cash Aids to PWDs and Seniors

Cebu City government is now ready for the distribution of cash aids to persons with disabilities (PWDs) and senior citizens in the city.

Cebu City Michael Rama has signed an Executive Order (EO) No. 145 finalizing the guidelines for the distribution of cash aids.

The distribution will start on December 11 until December 20, 2021.

Fully vaccinated PWDs can claim their cash aids on December 11, while fully vaccinated senior citizens can claim their cash aids on December 18.

On December 12, partially vaccinated PWDs can already claim their cash aid, while partially vaccinated seniors can claim their cash aid on December 19

Meanwhile, unvaccinated PWDs can claim their cash aid on December 13 and unvaccinated seniors can claim theirs on December 20.

According to the EO, claimants are required to wear their face masks when claiming their cash aids.

Claimants are also required to bring their Senior Citizen ID, valid ID, and their vaccination card or their VaxCertPH Certificate, if they are vaccinated.

They are also required to bring their own pens that will be used to sign their payroll upon claiming their cash aids. (ASC)
