CD-R King Unveils Biggest Branch in VisMin
CD-R King, the Philippines’ leading provider of affordable home technology and media gadgets, has opened their newest and biggest “one-stop-shop” branch at the third floor of Elizabeth Mall in Cebu City on Saturday(May 3).
The store, which is part of their aggressive expansion plan, is known to be the biggest branch not only in Cebu but also in the entire Visayas and Mindanao region, which occupies 327 square meters of the area space larger than the previous branch with a floor area of 70 square meters in the same mall.
Operations Manager Andy Cagalingan disclosed that Cebu entered top 5 out of more than 350 branches nationwide in terms of sales, which became a reason for them to expand the branches in Cebu.
“The reason we open the biggest branch here because the market in Cebu is suitable to the convenience and reasonable prices we offered, and actually Cebu is always on the top 5 that has the highest number of sales”, said Cagalingan.
The branch, which carries five brands include Kenko World, Start, Clicks, Mobile King and California Eco-Bike, showcases array of their state-of-the-art products from computer gadgets and cellphone accessories, home appliances and kitchen utensils, school supplies, hardware tools to various models of California Eco-Bike, an eco-friendly rechargeable bicycle with variety of colors and designs.

CD-R King targets everyone as their market since they carried complete products to their new flagship store which offered affordable and reasonable prices for both wholesale and retail products.
Aside from the economical prices CD-R King offered to the mass, Cagalingan also added that they are now aiming the quality-control of their products to lessen customer complaints, and considering making the warranty of their products more flexible yet depend to the reasons of the customers.
“This time we are really pushing the quality of our products since we have also received customers’ complaints, and customers’ service is very important to CD-R King”, Cagalingan added.
CD-R King has set off plans to expand their branches to Northern part of Cebu, Bogo City, as well as eyeing to open two more branches in Starmall Azienda and Parkmall (Kenko Shop) this year, where mobile, gadgets and accessories will be offered.
Currently, CD-R King has more than a hundred employees from 23 branches in Cebu while almost 1000 employees from more than 300 branches nationwide.
CD-R King products are supplied by technology manufacturers from Philippines, Taiwan, China and Hongkong.
CD-R King also will kick-off an exhibit showcasing electronic bikes at SM Cebu Exhibit Center from May 13 to 19, 2014, where solar eco-bikes and bikes with solar panels will be presented. (With Press Release)
